Enter the 5-digit train number and pick the date the train started from its origin station, then tap Track. You will see the current station, how late or early it is running, the expected platform, and a live station-by-station timeline.
Always choose the date the train departed its source station — not the date it reaches you. A train that arrives at your station today may have started its journey yesterday, so pick that start date.
The data comes directly from Indian Railways’ live tracking feed and updates every few minutes. Times are shown in IST. Brief gaps can occur in low-network areas where the train cannot report its position.
For each station we compare the scheduled time with the actual (or expected) time and show how many minutes the train is running late, on time, or early at that point in the journey.
It works for regular passenger and express trains on the Indian Railways network. A few special, suburban, or newly introduced trains may not report live status.
